Replacement of boilers and upgrading of boiler rooms in Strasbourg. Places of execution: 13, 14 and 22 rue du 22 Novembre, 10 place Kleber, 21 rue des Franc-Bourgeois, 33 rue de la Course, 16 Boulevard de la Marne in Strasbourg. The work is done in occupied site. This contract concerns the study of programming and the carrying out of the following missions: • Carrying out a diagnosis of existing installations, • Establishing different technical proposals (energy sources) with arguments, • Estimation of the work with return on investment, • Development of a forecast schedule, • Will ensure the administrative formalities to be submitted to the Building Police if necessary, • Will establish the necessary documents for consultation with companies : CCTP, DPGF, etc., • Assistance in obtaining CEEs if applicable, • Launching and monitoring of the work, • Assistance in receiving the work until the end of the year of perfect completion
