Prospective offerors wishing to participate in the site visit scheduled for May 12, 2026, at 1200 hours at the American Embassy (Gate ‘C-, Chandragupt Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi - 110021) must send their confirmation to [email protected] no later than 1700 hours on May 7, 2026, as those who do not attend the site visit will not be considered for the solicitation process.
Your quotation must be submitted electronically to [email protected] with the subject line “Solicitation No. 191N6526Q0043 “Replacement of Automatic Glass Sliding Doors with Modern Energy-Efficient Doors in Enclave Compound”. Single leaf and double leaf with modern, energy-efficient sliding doors equipped with double motion-detecting sensors for enhanced functionality, ADA compliance, and improved insulation. The submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 10MB each.
No quotations shall be accepted after 1400 hrs. (India Time) of May 19, 2026. Quotations must be in English. Incomplete quotations will not be accepted. Quotation submitted to any other e-mail ID other than [email protected] shall be rejected and dealt in accordance with FAR provision 52.215-1.
