1. Part 1 of the order: Replacement and modernization of the sidewalk surface in the Michakowice district in Siemianowice lskie. 2. The subject of Part 1 of the order is: 1) Modernization of the sidewalk from Budryka Street at ZSOiZ to the school playground in Siemianowice lskie.2) Replacement pavement surface at 45 ukasiskiego street in Siemianowice lskie.3. The scope of the order includes in particular: - demolition works, - construction or supplementation of aggregate base, - installation of road curbs, 4. Detailed description of the subject of the order includes: 1) Bill of quantities (Appendix No. 3a to the SWZ), 2) Designed provisions of the contract (Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ), 3) Site plans (Appendix No. 5a to the SWZ), 4) Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ) - hereinafter collectively referred to as as Documentation.5. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract (Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ).6.
