Part 1 of the order: Replacement of the surface of Polna Street in Siemianowice lskie.1) The subject of Part 1 of the order is the replacement of the surface of Polna Street in Siemianowice lskie.2) The scope of works includes in particular: a) demolition works, b) execution or supplementation aggregate base, c) installation of road curbs, d) construction of new surfaces from concrete paving stones and asphalt concrete, e) regulation of existing technical devices together with notification of industry supervision for the regulated devices, f) reconstruction BRD devices.3) A detailed description of the subject of the order includes: a) Bill of Quantities (Appendix No. 6a to the SWZ), b) Designed provisions of the contract (Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ), c) Site plan (Appendix No. 3a to the SWZ), d) Technical Specification for Works Execution and Acceptance Construction (Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ), hereinafter referred to as the Documentation.4) The Contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ).5) The Ordering Party will require the selected Contractor to submit, within 14 days from the date of signing the contract, the material and financial schedule for the implementation of the works.6) For the Subject of the order...
