Description
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Stewart, Georgia anticipates issuing a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Request for Proposal (RFP) for Removal of exisiting potable water supply for Camp Oliver and replace with new hydro-pneumatic potable water tank, appurtenance, and piping. Installation of New Emergency Water Source Tank with new appurtenance and piping.
The Scope of Work is included but not limiting to the following:
Removal of existing storage tank. Removal of storage tank building all items including foundation.Removal of underground lines as indicated in the plansRemoval of Power from existing locations demolished back tofeeder panels. Site surface grade removal as needed to install new slabs and tocoordinate removal of objects listed above. Site Re-grade to promote positive drainage away from new concretepads. Concrete Slab on grade, concrete pads with thickened footings at new tanklocations. Tanks & Appurtances Hydro-pneumatic Potable water storage tank Chlorination treatment system Water turnover system Potable water storage tank level controls Electrical grounding system AWWA Emergency water source storage tank Including backflow preventer Fire hydrant for fire department connection Electrical grounding system
