Replace two existing sump pumps with like-for-like units located in the parking lot area, including replacement of the existing standalone float controller system located in the electrical room. The sump pit is located outside the rear door within the transformer compound. This scope is for stormwater/dewatering sump pumps only; no sewage pumps are included. The new pumps and controller shall be compatible with the existing system requirements and site conditions.
