This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Funding Notice:
Funds are not presently available for this requirement. No award will be made until funds are available. AFGSC and/or the Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date receipt of proposals. In the event AFGSC or the Government cancels this solicitation, neither AFGSC nor the Government has any obligation to reimburse any offeror for any costs.

Quote Validity:
Quotes must remain valid for 90 days after the solicitation close date of July 17, 2026. This extended timeframe will provide the Government with the strongest opportunity to secure the necessary funding and ensure continuity in the procurement process.
Bid Requirements:
The completed bid form attached in the SoW packet (Appendix B) must be emailed to Betty Kliewer; [email protected] no later than July 17, 2026 11:00 AM CST. No late offers will be considered or accepted after the deadline.
Basis for Award:
A Firm-Fixed-Price award will be made to the Lowest Price/Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror.
