Tenders are invited To replace & provide a purpose built school and hurricane shelter for 200 students & 40 staff.in a building that supports; The delivery of the existing curriculum. A building that

meets all health and safety requirements that meets or exceeds minimum international standards for schools. An environmentally friendly and efficient MEP system, centrally

supplied air conditioning, along with restroom facilities for males and females (including ADA accessible) Provides car parking for 80 vehicles along with 5 ADA car accessible

parking, a commercial grade kitchen facility, capable of preparing up to 200 meals daily, with kitchen facilities that meet DEH standards with efficient cooking and ventilation

systems to improve energy efficiency, efficient building services and high-performance appliances, plumbing and other facilities, to enable onsite washing of dishes and utensils

and secure storage space for food and meal preparation equipment. The accommodation should provide shelter capacity for a minimum of 600 people to a minimum hurricane

rating of Category 5.
