See attached Statement of Work. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238220 and size standard of $19, 000, 000. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on August 11, 2026 via email to [email protected]. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c of the SF 1442 and pricing are completed before emailing. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Specialist at the email address listed above, no later than NOON August 3, 2026. An amendment may be posted to clear up any ambiguities and answer all questions at one time. No oral questions will be accepted. All potential quoters are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting quotes. A site visit will be held on July 30 at 1300 at Building 366, USCG Base Elizabeth City. Interested parties must arrange site visits with LT Renee Gasper via email to [email protected] a minimum of three (3) days in advance. All visitors must complete a visitor access request form in accordance with Base security policy and present a valid Real ID or Passport as a method of identification.
