Note: This project may run concurrently with a City of Fresno Runway 11L-29R Reconstruction Contract. Please see attached solicitaiton document, and statement of work for more details.
The 144 FW is requesting replacement of foundation concrete and anchor bolts to support a BAK-12 aircraft arresting system. Request for Quote (RFQ) details are provided on the attached solicitation. The 144 FW intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract without negotiations, so offerors are highly encouraged to quote their most advantageous pricing in their initial response.
This requirement is being solicited as a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 237310. All prospective quoters must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. Offerors shall respond to this RFQ via email. Quotes shall be submitted electronically to the following email addresses: [email protected]; [email protected]
Any quote, modification, or revision of a quote received after the exact time specified for receipt of quotes is late and will not be considered. Review the RFQ solicitation instructions for quote submission criteria. The Government reserves the right to amend or cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Submitted offers shall be valid until September 30, 2026.
