Aspects of removing all carpet, padding, and disposal within the fisher house, a total of 9, 250 SF, which includes 16 guest rooms, managers office, reception area, 2 landings in foyer and elevator with luxury vinyl tech flooring to be walnut medium in color, size is to be 4 x 36 (101.6mm x 914.4 mm) the overall gauge (thickness) is to be 0.125 (3.2mm). Additionally, the carpet on the staircase (250 SF) shall be replace with new carpet of similar or identical to the existing carpet.
