The project site is located at Naval Air Station Oceana, Dam Neck Annex, Building 355. The area of work under this contract are located in the existing first floor of Building 355, adjacent to space Classroom 118. Generally, the work involves the demolition/replacement of an existing elevator, 1-Freight (Elevator No. 2) to include the associated equipment in adjoining Elevator Machine Room 117. Additionally, this project replaces (1) - 3--0” x 7--0” hollow metal door. Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection work must also be provided in support of the elevator replacements and dedicated HVAC system.
