Summary:Sealed bids are invited for the construction of the Replace Diggs-Moore-Harrison Complex project at Virginia Peninsula Community College, Hampton Campus, Project Code # 260-18341-000 located in Hampton, Virginia. The project is generally described as an approximately 75, 000 SF three-story higher education academic building and other Work, including site and utility work. The new building will include a large multi-function space, classrooms and offices, including a Security Suite, Student Services, the President’s Suite, and Vice-Presidents’ Suites, to support the campus. The building is a Type II-B construction mixed use with occupancies comprised of primarily Business along with limited areas of Assembly. Sealed bids will be received electronically through eVA or at Virginia Community College System, Attention: Mrs. Sibyl Roberts, 300 Arboretum Place, Suite 200, Richmond, Virginia 23236, Telephone (804) 819-4918. PLEASE NOTE: For shipping/mailing, use Suite 390; for hand delivery, use Suite 200.
