This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

site visit information:
a non mandatory site visit will be held on 23 august 2017 at 0900 hrs. (cest) . Meeting point is next to the main gate pass & id center, spangdahlem air base, germany.
Please confirm your attendance per e-mail by 22 august 2017 at 1500 hrs. (cest) to both pocs as listed above.
Not more than (2) two attendees per contractor. Please bring a valid passport, driver license, vehicle registration and proof of insurance for the vehicle you want to drive onto spangdahlem air base; if the paperwork cannot be presented, access to the installation will not be granted.please consult the list of document viewers if you cannot open a file.
