The object is located at Metsolantie 3, Kerava.Content of the contract:-Renewal and addition of culverts and rainwater drains from missing parts-Waterproofing of plinths and renewal of external frost insulation-Checking and repairing the slopes of the ground and water control of the building on the walls-Renewing element seams from plinth elements-Renewing downspouts and renewing the sheeting of their recess and thermal insulation-Repairing the deficiencies of protective sheeting and individual water drainage structures -Washing the sheet metal parts of the facade on the northwest facade-Renewing the water dampers of the windows and small seals.
