This tender has reference to construction methods, together with the proposals of 12 families belonging to the Families and Links programs. To execute housing repairs, construction of access scale railings, bathroom adequacy, sanitary facilities and electric, to improve the quality of life of the users of the Habitability 2024 program of the commune of Penco. These proposals may be complemented or modified, provided that they are technically approved by the ITO, prior VB of ATE of the FOSIS. Each of the solutions described in the Technical bases that are attached must be complemented with the documents delivered by the requesting unit after the award, where each of the projects to be executed is described in detail and must comply with the minimum standards required, also considering that not all cases present the same difficulties. The program of the program will receive the work required completely finished and in perfect operation against delivery.
