This advert is for Stage 1 - Participation: Procurement Specific Questionnaire with Conditions of Participation (pass/fail criteria).
Great Places Housing Group (Great Places) is seeking to award contracts for Repairs and Maintenance Services and Works.
Scope for all Lots cover emergency, reactive, standard void repairs, complex void, disrepair, major works, refurbishment and replacement works and services. Lots are split by Great Places two key regions (North and South) and trade.
GPHG is conducting the procurement in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 under the Competitive Flexible Procedure comprising up to 4 stages, split between two grouping of trades:
Group 1 trades - stages 1-4 - (multi-trade, damp works, electrical)
Group 2 trades - stage 1-3 - (clean, clear and gardens, drainage, scaffolding, roofing)
This stage will be used to assess mandatory criteria and experience of similar contracts. Those shortlisted at Stage 1 will be invited to Stage 2.
