INVITATION TO BID FOR REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE-LAND IMPROVEMENTS
1. The Municipality of Jaen, through the GENERAL FUND C.Y. 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION PESOS (2, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE-LAND IMPROVEMENTS /ITB-2026-GF-05. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Jaen now invites bids for the REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE-LAND IMPROVEMENTS Completion of the Works required 150 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within the last ten (10) years, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184).
