1. The Barangay Compound, Kundom, through the Barangay funds for the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for “REPAIR/REHAB.OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING PAMANA-ARA”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
2. The Barangay Compound, Kundom now invites Bids for “REPAIR/REHAB. OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING PAMANA-ARA” at Barangay Compound, Kundom, Municipality of San Pablo. Completion of the works is required forty-five (45) Calendar Days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have Completed within Five (5) Years from the date of Submission and receipt of Bids, a Contract similar to the Subproject. The Description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in section II.
