1) The Local Government Unit of San Julian, through the Other OMAS MOOE/Supplemental Budget Appro. Order No. 4 Series of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Ninety - Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Pesos &84/100 Centavos Only (Php 699, 920.84) being the Approved Budget for theContract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair/Maintenance of OMAS Building @ Brgy. Libas, San Julian, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of San Julian now invites bids forRepair/Maintenance of OMAS Building @ Brgy. Libas, San Julian, Eastern Samar.4. Completion of the Works is required Forty (40) Calendar Days. Bidders
