Description : Invitation to Bid for Repair/Maintenance of Municipal Auditorium
1) The Municipality of Catubig, N. Samar, through the 20% EDF, CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 600, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair/Maintenance of Municipal Auditorium Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Catubig, N. Samar now invites bids for Repair/Maintenance of Municipal Auditorium. Completion of the Works is required within 75 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
