Description : 1. The Barangay Government of CAMANANG through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND intends to apply the sum of Php 150, 000.00 of being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF KITCHEN at Barangay CAMANANG, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2. This Barangay Government of CAMANANG now invites bids for REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF KITCHEN at Barangay CAMANANG, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan. . Estimated working is 15 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed within Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.



3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
