Eligibility of Tenderer : • Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in construction works.• Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 01(one) number of similar nature of works with Pre-Fabricated Steel Structure Building of Tk. 140.00 (One Hundred & Forty) Lakh in a single contract in Government / Semi- Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years.• The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 175.00 (One Hundred & Seventy Five) lakh during last 05 (Five) years.• The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 120.00 (One Hundred & Twenty) Lakh only. Adequacy of credit line(s) substantiated by any schedule Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form e-PW2a), without alternation or addition, issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of original deadline for submission of Tenders for this contract (original copy only)• The tenderer must possess:The tenderer must possess: i) Up-to-date ABC category contractor & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, GoB; ii) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate; iii) Valid VAT registration certificate and iv) Up-to-date trade license.• The minimum capacity shall be: Tk.180.00 (One Hundred & Eighty) lakh.
