In addition, the project includes the necessary repair work on the facade around the windows. Sun protection films will be added to the windows in accordance with the contract program. The building has one floor. and it is located at Soukankuja 3, 02360 Espoo. The building is not protected in the site plan, the plan is from 1969. The chapel has been defined as valuable in the inventory of the City Museum, so it is a potential conservation target when the plan is updated. At this stage, it is therefore important that the repair work is done respecting the original values. The building is in operation, that is, the entrance is also in use during the modification work, which must be taken into account in the site arrangements and work schedules. The area of the chapel building is approx. 2950m². The contractor is required to familiarize himself with the construction site before submitting an offer. The construction site can also be visited from the outside on his own.
