REPAIR/IMPROVEMENT OF LGU BUILDINGS
1) The Local Government Unit of San Isidro, Northern Samar, through the CY 2026 General Fund-Continuing Appropriation intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FORTY-TWO PESOS AND 49/100 ONLY (Php2, 499, 942.49) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REPAIR/IMPROVEMENT OF LGU BUILDINGS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of San Isidro, Northern Samar, now invites bids for Repair/Improvement of LGU Buildings located at Brgy. Poblacion Sur and Barayong, Poblacion Norte, San Isidro, N. Samar. Completion of the Works is required TWO HUNDRED FIFTY (250) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
