1) The Municipality of San Sebastian, through the General Fund- 5% Calamity Fund FY 2026 & Continuing Appropriation 2025 (QFR) intends to apply the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php. 800, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract no. 2026-09INF for Repair/Improvement of Evacuation Facility @ Poblacion 1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of San Sebastian now invites bids for Repair/Improvement of Evacuation Center. Completion of the Works is required within 30 calendar days Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
