1. The Barangay Can-abong, Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Through the 20% CDF OF 2026 Budget, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED SIXTY FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY EIGHT Pesos and 11/100 (Php. 264, 538.11 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair/Improvement of DayCare Center at Barangay Can-abong, Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
