1. The Barangay of Campetic, Palo, Leyte through the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Fund approved by the Sangguniang Barangay intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Fifteen Pesos & 6/100 (P 399, 815.06) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair/Improvement of Barangay Basketball Court at Brgy. Campetic, Palo, Leyte with JR No. 2023-07-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay of Campetic, Palo, Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Eighteen (18) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
