The preliminary quantities of purchased works with services are indicated in Appendix 1 of the description of the tender conditions, they may be reduced during the execution of the Contract according to the needs of the Procuring Organization or can be increased. During the execution of the contract, works may be ordered for no more than EUR 500, 000.00 with VAT (or EUR 413, 223.14 without VAT, if the supplier is not a VAT payer or the works and/or services are not subject to VAT, or for other reasons The final amount payable by the contracting authority to the supplier will be exclusive of VAT). Bid prices from suppliers cannot exceed this amount, bids exceeding this amount will be considered unacceptable and will be rejected.
