Subject: This consultation follows the classification without further action of the previous consultation justified by the need to redefine the need. This contract concerns the repair of waterproofing of roof terraces (without the use of flame) using Sbs or App bituminous waterproofing, the installation In place of collective protection, smoke extraction and lighting skylights, replacement of honeycomb polycarbonate eardrums and revegetation. The works are divided into 2 lots corresponding to 2 geographical zones of the Rungis International Market: -Lot 1: Geographical Zone 1: 4 Buildings (D3: Natural smoke extraction work on 11 sheds, V1p: Repair of waterproofing on 295 M2, B3: Replacement of 1, 050 M2 of honeycomb polycarbonate spandrels on 18 sheds and G5a: Repair of waterproofing on 845 M2).-Lot 2: Geographical zone 2: 3 Buildings (G5c: Renovation of Waterproofing on 845 M2, G5d: Repair of waterproofing on 550 M2 and G5e: Repair of waterproofing on 845 M2). The list of buildings is given for information only; La Semmaris reserves the right to modify the list of buildings following the results of the audit of roof terraces in Course.Companies must respond to both lots and may be selected for one or more lots. Each Lot will be awarded to the company, whose offer will be judged to be the most economically advantageous. The works will begin at the end of February 2026 and will end at the end of July 2026. They will take place in Occupied Site Without Being Able to Hinder or Modify the Activity of Wholesalers.
