Tender Details

Repair or construction work on sanitation networks for which GrandSoissons Agglomération is responsible. This involves both scheduled work (lot no. 1) and one-off, so-called emergency work (lot no. 2). These services will be carried out by issuing purchase orders, as and when required. The needs of the contracting authority are detailed in the specific technical clauses (CCTP) and the financial annexes. Each lot of the framework agreement will be awarded to a maximum of 3 successful bidders per lot (subject to a sufficient number of offers). Purchase orders will be awarded using the so-called “cascade” method, requesting the highest ranked holder as a priority. Variations are prohibited. Instance responsible for appeal procedures: Administrative Court of Amiens. Expected start date: 2nd half of September 2026.
