This framework agreement is used for all repair work on engineering structures in the territory of Saint-Etienne Métropole. This can be major work or small maintenance work. This mixed multi-awardee framework agreement will be executed both by the conclusion of subsequent contracts and the issuance of purchase orders under the conditions of the specifications. The framework agreement is not allocated, the distribution of purchase orders is carried out by geographical sectors. THE modalities for awarding purchase orders and subsequent contracts are detailed in the consultation file. The maximum is 8, 000, 000 euro(s) excluding tax per year for all holders. Services are regulated by unit prices, which can be revised.
