Tender Details

Repair of wheel sets from the SA105 vehicle 1. The subject of the order is the performance of the following works (hereinafter referred to as the "Subject of the order"): 1) repair of one set of wheel sets (one set consists of: 2 wheel sets - 1 driving and 1 rolling), used in SA105 series diesel multiple units (hereinafter referred to as the "Wheel Set", and the diesel multiple unit of this series referred to as the "PCS"), with the replacement of a total of 4 monoblock wheels (hereinafter referred to as the "Basic Tasks") and 2) subject to section 2, implementation of works optional: delivery and installation of a new drive axle with gear ratio (maximum 1 piece), delivery and assembly of a new rolling axle (maximum 1 piece), delivery and installation of new sets of brake discs (maximum 4 sets), as well as the delivery and replacement of a new pair of arc axial gears (maximum 1 piece) (hereinafter "Optional Tasks"). A detailed description of the activities constituting the Basic Tasks and Optional Tasks is included in Attachment. No. 3 to the Template Agreement. 2. The Ordering Party reserves the right to unilaterally order the implementation of the Subject Matter of the Agreement to the extent including Optional Tasks (hereinafter referred to as the "Additional Tasks Option"). The Ordering Party's use of the Additional Tasks Option obliges the Contractor to: implementation of the Subject of the Agreement also in this respect.
