It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order shall be awarded on a sole source basis to Aircraft Propeller Services (CAGE Code: 1TLK8) as a result of this solicitation for the following items:

Sources must be able to obtain the required technical expertise, engineering data, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation (Cage Code 73030), parts required to successfully perform the required repairs/overhauls. Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide these repairs/overhauls are invited to submit offers in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this solicitation
The contractor shall furnish a Certificate of Conformance (COC) IAW FAR clause 52.246-15. The COC must be submitted in the format specified in the clause.
