Tender Details

The project to be carried out concerns the renovation of the fence and the stabilization of the slope on Wijnpersstraat in Leuven. The assignment consists of the following works: The fence will be renovated with construction over a reduced height. This includes, among other things, the repair of the masonry and renewalof the pointing, dismantling and perpendicular reconstruction of the existing pilasters, replacement or reinstallation of covering stones and installation of new fencing. The entrances are being adjusted. The rear slope is being reinforced. The existing old earth barriers will be demolished and make way for onenatural revetment. Where this is not possible due to the height difference, a slope revetment is placed with toe reinforcement made from gabions and bedding posts. For reasons of continuity, timing, coordination and liability regarding the execution of the assignment, it is nIt is not appropriate to divide these into plots. The contracting authority wishes to place responsibility for the coordination of all parts of the contract with one party.
