Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the ongoing repair of sidewalks, parking lots and roadsides along district roads throughout the entire road network.2. The detailed scope of works planned to be performed is specified in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.3. Annex No. 1 to the SWZ presents indicative ones the number of individual works and may vary depending on current needs. The commissioned works will be settled according to the offered unit rates within the funds available in the financial plan. The given quantities should be treated as indicative quantities used to calculate the price offers and comparisons of offers cannot constitute the basis for any claims of the Contractor against the Ordering Party.4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to make quantitative changes indicated in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, however, it indicates that the minimum number of planned work order during the execution of the order is: - relocation of the existing cube (or one provided by the investor) gr. 6 cm, 8 cm with the construction of a concrete foundation amounting to 500 m2. In the event of making quantitative changes indicated in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ by the Ordering Party, the Contractor may only demand the remuneration due to him for the performance of part of the contract...
