REPAIR SERVICE OF STERIVAP SL669 STEAM STERILIZER 2 ED. The Contractor undertakes in particular to: a) repair within calendar days (in accordance with the offer) from the date of conclusion of the contract in the premises indicated by the Ordering Party, at its registered office, at own cost and risk of the device by replacing damaged components of the device in the scope of: - dismantling the damaged pump and the sterilizer cooler; - delivery and installation of a new pump intended for a given sterilizer model that meets the requirements technical specifications of the device manufacturer; - delivery and assembly of a cooler compatible with the device; - carrying out necessary assembly, connection and adjustment works; - starting the device after repair and checking the correct operation of the device; - performing tests functions confirming the correct operation of the device; - handing over the device to the Ordering Party in a fully functional condition. b) prior arrangement of the date of repair of the device with the Head of the Medical Equipment Department or a person designated by him, telephone: 32 67 40 360; c) providing warranty cards containing quality guarantee provisions in accordance with the provisions of this agreement for the replaced Parts.
