The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC), through the Financial and Administrative Service - General Services Division (FAS-GSD) Procurement Management Section (PMS), invites all eligible and PhilGEPS-registered prospective bidders to quote the best offer for:

within the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting Six Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PhP600, 000.00), through Small Value Procurement (SVP) as provided under Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
