Section I. Invitation to Bid
For the: Repair of School Buildings
1)The Province of Zambales, through the Special Education Fund C.Y. 2025-PSB No. 07, S. 2025 (continuing appropriation) intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Pesos (Php 19, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Repair of School Buildings/Infra 03-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The Province of Zambales now invites bids for the Repair of School Buildings/Infra 03-2026. Completion of the Works is required within Two Hundred Forty (240) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3)Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion...
