The Department of Education, Division of Batanes, through its School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD) intends to procure and hereby invites contractors who can submit their best offer for the “Repair of Roofing and Ceiling Damaged by Typhoon Julian” for CY 2026 in accordance with Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
