SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD ON: AUGUST 5, 2025 AT 0930. We will meet at B3102. Equipment will be available to view the top of the roofs.

The required work will be to repair and replace the roof sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 19 and 20 at Building 3102. This is a design-build contract. The contractor shall perform a site investigation to verify existing conditions. The contractor shall also be responsible for identifying the necessary logistical, architectural, and structural work elements to perform the work in the project drawings or Statement of Work (SOW).
This project will require contractor personnel to perform work and/or operate vehicles on flight lines, runways, taxiways, parking ramps or in aircraft hangers or maintenance areas. All contractor personnel will be required to receive FOD awareness training.
