The project replaces the central built-up roof with a new TPO system and adds a parapet on all four sides. The East and North SSM roofs will be removed down to the metal deck, receive new nail-base insulation, and be reconstructed with new SSM roofing. Work on the East SSM roof is limited to what is shown on the construction drawings and incidental related tasks.
