PD deals with the repair of the roof of building J in the client's premises on Široká Street, no. 1394, st. plot No. 220 in the Ivančice cat. territory. 2.1. The repair of the roof is proposed primarily due to the state of emergency consisting of leakage into the building, respectively attic spaces. 2.2. Building J is a four-story building with three above-ground and one underground floor built in 1959 from solid bricks using traditional technology, covered with a gable roof with burnt roofing (tile) with an attic that serves partly as a space for the placement of outdoor air conditioning units. The remaining attic space has no use. It also contains old, unused technologies of the original HVAC system. 2.3. The space above the stairs, or the elevator shaft is covered with a counter roof with corrugated sheet metal roofing.
