Synopsis: Repair by Replace Roof B512
The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow up information requests. All interested parties should respond.
The 128th Air Refueling Wing intends to issue a solicitation and award a firm-fixed price contract to Repair by Replace the Roof on Building B512. The budget for this project is between $500, 000 and $1, 000, 000.
All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a quote as a prime contractor no later than May 29, 2026, 3:00 PM CST. This notification, which shall not exceed five (5) typewritten pages, must include ALL of the following:
A positive statement of your intent to submit a quote as a prime contractor.
A completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form. (Attached)
A listing of similar roofing projects completed during the past six years, for both government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, contract number, location, and a point of contact are to be included. Please indicate if you were the prime or a subcontractor.
A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish this contract.
