Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The tenderer(s) must fulfill the following requirements:a) A minimum of 5 (five) years of general experience in construction works, including repair and renovation works.b) A minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in repair and renovation works of building/medical hospital rooms(if any), including the supply and installation of equipment/instruments, sanitary, and electrical works. At least 1 (one) contract must have a value of Taka 12, 00, 000.00, including items such as DBS wiring/base course, aggregate base type-I, and the aforementioned repair and renovation works of building/medical hospital rooms(if any), completed within the last 3 (three) years.c) An average annual turnover of at least Taka 70, 00, 000.00 over the last 5 (five) years.d) A minimum liquid asset of Taka 17, 00, 000.00 is required.e) All other criteria stated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) must be met.2. A tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be considered ineligible.3. The minimum required tendering capacity is Taka 12, 00, 000.00.4. The tenderer must submit valid copies of VAT registration, Income Tax certificate, Trade License, National ID (NID), Bank Solvency certificate, and other relevant documents along with the tender.5.
