Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) A satisfactory completion of similar works experience of at least Tk 12, 50, 000 (twelve lakh fifty thousand) in any Government/Semi-Goverment/Autonomous Institution under single number of contracts over a period of 5 years shall be required.b) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 12, 00, 000 (twelve lakh).c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than 12, 00, 000 (twelve lakh) over the last 5 years.d) Tenderer must submit trade license, VAT and Income Tax certificate. All documents must be up to date. To avail Tax exemption, Tribal Traders have to submit proper evidence of NBR Tax exemption.e) Bill will be paymented with the availibility of fund.f) Tenderer (Proprietor) must be permanent resident of Rangamati or Khagrachhari or Bandarban district (According to NID or Smart Card).
