Repair of the engine of the SDMO generating set, type J165K NEXYS, installed in the tram depot at ul. Głogowska 131/133 in PoznańEngine type John Deere 6068HF120-153 Date of purchase of the unit January 2012 Scope of work: 1. Repair of the unit generator, consisting of replacing damaged parts of the fuel system, including: a. Injection pump; b. Injectors; c. Required nuts; d. Required gaskets; e. Plug; f. Fuel pipes; g. Fuel lines; h. Overflow connector; i. Tees; 2. Conducting tests confirming the efficiency of the fuel system and the entire generating set after the repair. 3. Conducting tests confirming the efficiency of the entire generating set at the MPK facility. 4. Providing a replacement power generator approximately 100 kVA for the entire duration of the repair. The offer must include all costs related to the repair, i.e.: 1. Cost of all necessary components and spare parts. 2. Service labor costs. 3. Costs of equipment, cars, cranes loading and unloading of units, travel, insurance, training. 4. Possible costs of disconnecting, dismantling and transporting the unit to the workshop (in the case of workshop repair at the offeror's service). 5. Possible costs of transport, assembly and connecting the unit at the MPK facility (with the option of workshop repair at the bidder's service). 6.
