Repair of pneumatic boards for Inspiro metro vehicles 1. The subject of the order is the repair of pneumatic boards for Inspiro metro vehicles. 2. The subject of the order includes the repair of 180 pieces of pneumatic boards for Inspiro-type metro vehicles indicated in the Technical Specification (hereinafter referred to as "ST"), constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and being its integral part. 3. The Contractor will provide a warranty for the pneumatic boards after the repair under the conditions specified in the Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1 to SWZ) and in the Template Agreements (Appendix No. 2 to SWZ). 4. The subject of the order will be implemented in accordance with the procedure documentation, i.e. this ToR and its annexes, in particular the ST and the Template Agreement (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). 5. The Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 95 section 1 of the Act Pzp, requires employment under an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as of late amended), by the Contractor or subcontractor, persons performing activities directly related to the performance repairs of pneumatic boards for Inspiro-type metro vehicles, specified in point 3.2 of the ST (Appendix No. 1 to SWZ) as the scope of work. 1.
