POLREGIO S.A. invites Contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit price information for the repair of MTU engine liquid coolers - 4 pieces - the coolers are located in Kędzierzyn - Koźle. liquid coolers - after many years of operation have lost their cooling properties. The ordering party requires the contractor to submit a current welding certificate along with the offer, min. CL-2 acc. standards PN-EN 15085-2:2021 and PN-EN ISO3834-2/021. This condition must be met by attaching in form attach a scan of the required document for this procedure along with the offer. The contractor is obliged to submit a Declaration on the lack of grounds for exclusion along with the offer - a template of the Declaration can be found in the Attachments tab. Invoice payment deadline is 30 days from the delivery of a correctly issued and delivered invoice. This inquiry does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. The Ordering Party reserves the right to invalidate the proceedings at any stage (without selecting offers) without giving a reason.
