The subject of the order is the repair of the metal roof covering and the replacement of the lightning protection system of building No. 2 in the military complex at ul. Jagielloczyka 2 in Grudzidz. Description and scope of the subject of the order: 1) replacement of sections of wooden battens damaged, replacement of sections of steel roof covering, repair of steel roof covering, replacement of screws with gaskets, sealing of sheet metal joints with roofing sealant, replacement of gutters, downpipes and sheet metal flashings, replacement of installations lightning protection, waste collection and management.2) development of a BiOZ plan (safety and health protection plan in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure on information regarding safety and health protection and safety and health protection plan (Journal of Laws of 2003, No. 120, item 1126, as amended) in accordance with the provisions of the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418, consolidated text), before the commencement of construction works, the Contractor is obliged to submit BiOZ plan prepared by the construction works manager on the day of handing over the works area by the Ordering Party, 3) execution of associated works...
